9. Uncollected shipments
Depending on the courier your parcel will be available for pickup for 7 – 14 days. Parcels that are not picked up will be returned and we will issue a full refund for the value of your purchased products to you. We will NOT issue a refund for the cost of shipping since the shipping has already been done.
10. Customs duties
BlastTec ApS pays tax and products include 25% VAT as any other legally registered business is required to do. However, your country might add additional custom fees etc. If those fees occur you can not hold BlastTec ApS responsible for them as it is up to you as a customer to know about those fees. We will not pay any additional fees that might be added by your country.
11. Usage of our products
BlastTec ApS does NOT encourage any illegal use of our products and we will ALWAYS report any suspicious transaction as we are required to do by law. While purchasing products from BlastTec ApS you strictly promise to NOT use products sold by BlastTec ApS for any prohibited or illegal acts or compositions. You will NOT be able to hold BlastTec ApS accountable for any of your actions legally or economically. Our products are STRICTLY ONLY for legal usage. Any suspicious transaction or behavior will immediately lead to a report as well as a cancelled order. BlastTec ApS products are NOT for illegitimate uses.
12. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use BlastTec ApS services in any manner. By visiting and/or using the BlastTec ApS services or accepting the terms, you represent and warrant to BlastTec ApS that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these terms. You also represent and warrant to BlastTec ApS that you will use the BlastTec ApS services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. When placing an order from BlastTec ApS via www.Blast-Tec.com, you certify that you are over the age of 18.
13. Refunds
While ordering from BlastTec ApS via www.Blast-Tec.com, you are responsible for your own parcel. BlastTec ApS will NOT under any circumstances refund confiscated orders by customs as it is your own responsibility as a lawful citizen to know what is legal to import. BlastTec ApS has a strict no-refund policy for parcels confiscated by customs.
14. Returns
BlastTec ApS is a VAT registered company in Denmark and since Denmark is a member of the European Union we are obliged to follow laws and rules made by the European Union.
