Applications:

Pyrotechnics & Fireworks

  • Produces brilliant white sparks in aerial shells, fountains, comets, and gerbs

  • Used in spark trails, metal flares, and salutes

  • Offers dense, long-burning spark output — often combined with aluminum or magnesium for enhanced effects

  • Preferred for “titanium salute” effects and mine lifts for visual performance

Metallurgy & Additive Manufacturing

  • Used as a reactive metal component in thermite reactions or sintered titanium alloys

  • Suitable for PM (powder metallurgy) processes requiring larger grain feedstock

  • Offers high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance when alloyed

Research & High-Temp Applications

  • Tested in aerospace coatings, combustion studies, and energetic composites

  • May serve as a component in metal matrix composites (MMC) or inert ballast/filler

Key Properties:

  • Melting Point: 1,668 °C

  • Density: ~4.5 g/cm³

  • Reactivity: Moderate (oxidizes at high temperatures)

  • Spark Color: Bright white to silver

  • Insoluble in water; reacts with strong acids

Handling & Safety:

  • Flammable as a powder — avoid open flame, sparks, or strong oxidizers

  • Store in sealed, non-sparking containers in a cool, dry area

  • Use protective gear: gloves, goggles, dust mask

  • Avoid creating airborne dust — handle in well-ventilated space or under inert atmosphere

Packaging Options:
Available in 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, and 10 kg antistatic bags available upon request.
